Model Call Sheet: Important Information for Your Photoshoot

Welcome to your upcoming photoshoot! To ensure everything runs smoothly and we create amazing results together, please take a moment to review the following guidelines. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
This allows time for preparation, wardrobe adjustments, and last-minute touch-ups.

Punctuality

Timeliness is crucial for the success of the shoot. Arriving late not only disrupts the schedule but can also compromise the overall quality of the session.
If you anticipate any delays, please notify us immediately. Persistent lateness may result in cancellation of the shoot.

Preparation

Arrive camera-ready unless otherwise instructed. This includes hair, makeup, and wardrobe as discussed beforehand.
Bring all agreed-upon outfits and accessories. Ensure they are clean, wrinkle-free, and ready to wear.

Professionalism

Our team works hard to prepare for every session. Respecting the schedule and the efforts of everyone involved is key to creating a positive, professional atmosphere.

Cancellations or Changes

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
Last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or excessive lateness may result in restrictions on future bookings.
If you are late more than three times, this may also result in restrictions on future opportunities to collaborate.
