Terms and Conditions (General)

1. Image

a. Copyright

All copyright belongs to Zerogram Studio until the full payment is made.

b. Image delivery

  • Images will be delivered via Dropbox, a cloud-based platform.
  • The link is available for a year(365 days) from delivery date.

c. Correction and Redo

Refunds/retakes are not possible after shooting has started for both artist free direction shooting and custom shooting.

  • If you do not provide the correct composition, explanation, and reference materials for the required number of cuts in advance, redo (shooting) is not possible. We also do not accept requests to change the placement and angle of products or props after filming is over. Be sure to prepare a detailed description of the number of shots required before shooting.
  • If an incorrect part occurs in the image, re-shoot only with the same concept as the image. You cannot request a redo(shoot) with a different style concept (make sure to do it before shooting). Please tell us the structure of the cut you need. An additional fee will be charged if you request a redo(shoot) with a different style concept.
  • From product photography to styling and editing, there is one artist. For accurate and quick consultation, please be sure you explain to her the type of shooting you want and the number of cuts you need when making an inquiry.

2. Fees

a. Term

  • Photography, motion, editing - 15days
  • Photoshoots - 10% booking fee, due on shoot day.

b. Booking fee

There will be a booking fee of 10% for photoshoot services. For *loyal customers, no need for booking fee.

c. Payment

Payment should be made in full on the day of the photoshoot, either by check or another form of payment. Visit zerogramstudio.com/paymentmethods for detail. For *loyals customers, if you want to receive your invoice before the shoot let us know. Otherwise your invoice+receipt will be sent once payment is recorded on our end(1~3 business days).

d. Refund

Once the Material has been checked, collected, and signed for, no returns will be accepted, nor will Zerogram Studio generate any refunds.

e. Late fee / late payment

If the receipt is not paid within the specified term above, a 1% late fee will be applied per month(30 days).
