Terms and Conditions for Photoshoot Services

By placing an order for photoshoot services, you ("Client") agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the agreement between you and ZEROGRAM STUDIO ("Service Provider").

1. Services Provided

  • ZEROGRAM STUDIO agrees to provide professional photoshoot services as outlined in the order form.
  • The specific details of the photoshoot (location, time, number of photos, and deliverables) will be agreed upon in writing or via the order confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed upon full payment as specified during checkout.
  • Payment can be made through credit card, Paypal.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Clients may cancel their booking up to 10 days before the event start time and receive a full refund, including all fees.
  • Cancellations made between 9 days and 24 hours before the event start time will receive a 50% refund, excluding fees.
  • Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start time are non-refundable.
  • Rescheduling is allowed up to 14 days before the shoot date and is subject to availability.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, weather, or emergencies), ZEROGRAM STUDIO reserves the right to reschedule the shoot. Please note that studio rental fees are non-refundable, but any other applicable fees may be refunded or credited at the discretion of ZEROGRAM STUDIO.
  • All Bookings are subject to ZEROGRAM STUDIO's Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights

  • All photographs remain the property of ZEROGRAM STUDIO unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images for personal use only.
  • Commercial use of the photographs requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must arrive on time at the agreed location. Late arrivals may result in reduced shoot time or additional charges.
  • The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions for the shoot location (if applicable).

6. Image Delivery

  • Final images will be delivered within 2~14 days of the photoshoot date.
  • Images will be provided in high-resolution JPEG and delivered via a cloud-based platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • ZEROGRAM STUDIO will take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and delivery of services but shall not be held liable for:
    • Unforeseen technical issues or equipment failure.
    • Loss of images due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Service Provider’s control.
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services.

8. Force Majeure

  • ZEROGRAM STUDIO shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, or government restrictions.

9. Agreement to Terms

  • By checking the box at checkout or confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
