1. ORDER
Sign up or log in *First-time clients need to reviewed and obtain approval. Build a cart of services you want and submit your order. Please note: If you order is not submitted, your reservation is not finalized.

After reviewing your order, we will send you follow up email for detail.

3. DELIVERY
Your photos will be delievered via a downloadable link sent to your registered email.
Q&A
Can I arrive early for my photoshoot session?
Absolutely! For a full-day photoshoot, you are welcome to arrive up to 30 minutes before your session begins to prepare. This allows time to set up, review plans, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
For hourly and half-day sessions, you can arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
Do you provide hair and makeup services?
The photoshoot service does not include hair and makeup. However, if you need a professional makeup artist, I’d be happy to recommend one who can help you prepare for your session.
What is the turnaround time?
3 to 15 business days- excluding holidays, from when we receive your payment and products.
If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time. If a quicker turnaround is needed, rush service may also be available. During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.
Do you accept reshoot and can I get a refund?
If we’ve made a mistake, we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have already submitted payment, you may cancel your order by sending an email to hi@zerogramstudio.com requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are not possible for projects canceled more than 24 hours after payment. Due to tight time constraints, rush orders may not be canceled.
Do you accept revisions?
Delivery of completed photos occurs via our cloud service. Upon completion of your project, you will be provided a unique link. Click on the link to view and instantly download your high-resolution images. We keep your images on our server for future viewing and download at no additional charge for a year. *The downloadable link will expire in 365 days and after that we are not responsible for the files after one year.
