How it works_Portrait

1.ORDER
To book a service with Zerogram, please email hi@zerogramstudio.com and include the following details:
1-The name of the service you’re interested in.
2-A photo of the subject(s) (if applicable).
3-Your preferred date for the session. -
2. PAYMENT
Once the date is confirmed with the photographer, sign up or log in to your account. Complete your order and payment to secure your reservation.
Please note: If you order is not submitted, your reservation is not finalized.

3. PHOTOSHOOT
Join us your scheduled photoshoot date and time. Make sure you arrive on time!

4. DELIVERY
Your photos will be delievered via a downloadable link sent to your registered email.
-If prints are included in your order, I'll notify you when they're ready for pickup.
Q&A
What is the turnaround time?
Your portraits will typically be delivered within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after the session. If your session includes an extensive number of photos or requires specialized editing, the production time may increase. Rush services may be available if a faster turnaround is needed. During peak periods, lead times may be slightly longer, so don’t hesitate to contact us—we’ll gladly provide an accurate estimate for your portraits.
Do you accept reshoot and can I get a refund?
Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure you love your portraits. Reshoots are typically offered in cases where there was a technical issue or miscommunication about your vision during the original session. If a reshoot is needed due to changes in preferences (such as outfits or hairstyles), additional fees may apply. Refunds are generally not available, especially for preset sessions where the expectations and outcomes are clearly defined in advance. However, if there is a quality issue or technical problem, we’ll work with you to resolve it—whether through retouching adjustments or, in some cases, a reshoot. If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
How do I cancel my order?
If you have already submitted payment, you may cancel your order by sending an email to hi@zerogramstudio.com requesting cancellation. Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are not possible for projects canceled more than 24 hours after payment. Due to tight time constraints, rush orders may not be canceled.
Do you accept revisions?
Yes, we want your portraits to be perfect! Minor revisions, such as basic retouching adjustments (e.g., lighting, blemish removal, or color correction), are included in the service. If you require more extensive edits or additional revisions beyond the initial scope, these may incur an additional fee. We’ll always discuss these options with you before proceeding to ensure you’re happy with the final results. Your satisfaction is important to us, so feel free to let us know if there’s anything you’d like adjusted!
